John spent his career helping develop and grow a diverse mix of companies. He has been a founding partner in four companies; a VC Funded electrochromic eyewear maker, a Fiber to the Home developer, a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier and a call center. As a CFO he has lead M&A activities for a division of a Dutch Chemical Company and been involved in 23 different equity transactions on both the buy side and sell side. John is married to Maureen, has one adult son, enjoys Tennis, Golf and running while dividing his time between Cle Elum, Washington and Kona, Hawaii.

Matthew is a born entrepreneur with a special focus on sales and growth. Prior to co-founding FCR in 2005 with John, he co-founded an insurance startup. Before that he was the VP of Sales for a $4 billion multinational outsource provider. He also previously served as the EVP of Sales for a mid-sized domestic-based outsourcer. He has worked in a wide range of industries, including outsourcing, software, insurance, fintech, high-tech, and IVR technology. Matthew enjoys snowboarding, tennis, literature, listening to the Grateful Dead, and eating well. He currently resides in Seattle with his wife Deb, two sons Henry and Lewis, as well as Goldendoodle Charlie.
